1. What Toolnex is

Toolnex (toolnex.xyz) provides free, browser-based HTML5 games and player guides. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the games or guides except as permitted by law.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to overload the site or extract content at scale.
• Upload or transmit malicious code through any contact or submission feature.
• Impersonate Toolnex or another user.

3. Intellectual property

The games, artwork, text guides, and site design are the property of Toolnex unless otherwise noted. You may share links to the site freely. You may not republish the guides or game code without written permission.

4. Saved progress

High scores and game state are stored locally in your browser. Toolnex is not responsible for lost progress resulting from clearing browser data, switching devices, or browser updates.

5. Third-party content & ads

The site may display advertising and links served by third parties (including Google AdSense). Those parties have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to their content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolnex is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. If a game fails to load, your recourse is to reload or contact us.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
